At Powerland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home appliances and electronics. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Powerland account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the item back into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit to verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
